Recently, I read the graphic novel, “They Called Us Enemy” by George Takei. This graphic novel has educated me and inspired me to learn more about Japanese-American history.

George Takei inspired me to create a graphic novel that represented what it was like to be generalized; have people categorize you into a group based on what your race has done.
