Lifting The Stress

Many people have trouble with stress like having problems with school, work, personal life, and others. Many people have stress with homework, tests, or quizzes because they have to study, or spend lots of their time studying. Work can be stressful if they have to take long shifts, or people can struggle with lots of problems happening with their life.

In my life I get stressed out a lot from school. I always get stressed out from homework or tests and quizzes. This is because I have to spend a lot of time on the homework or spend lots of time studying. I have been lifting for almost a year now, and when I started lifting I had some stressful situations. When I started working out the stress slowly went away. After lifting for a while I barely got stressed out because every time I start working out the stress would go away when i’m focusing on what I am doing. The stress that I had before working out would disappear after a workout, so I started to lift more trying to build myself while also working with school.

This is one way of how I was able to calm down my stress. Stress is a big deal if you don’t find a way to stop it because lots of stress can ruin your mental health. If you ever have stress I would suggest finding something fun to do that can take away stress. It was one of the best discussions for me.
