Have you ever wanted something but couldn’t buy it because you didn’t have the money to? This is how I’m going to make my money. First, find a plan, discover your skill set, find something you’re good at, and learn to use it to make money. I like cars, so when I get my license instead of buying, leasing, or financing a car. I’m just going to buy a cheap car with flaws that can be fixed, fix that car, and buy a better one. I’d keep doing that until I have a car that’s worth about 30-40K, then instead of buying a car that’s worth 45K, I’d split it into two cars that are worth 20K so now I have a car I can drive and one I can keep repeating the same process on.

After you’ve earned about 300K or can take out a 300K loan. You could buy a piece of land like this one in Nevada in a neighboring state and build a house there, maybe two houses depending on how big the piece of land is. Then a couple of months after once the house is built you can sell it for profit. Since now you have 2 sources of income you can hire people and make a good amount of money. You have two options either to stop there and go bigger and try to find a source of passive income, like buying a larger piece of land but instead of building a house or multiple houses on that piece of land you can build an apartment complex, once that’s built the government will give you tax benefits for allowing housing, and they will pay you even more if you make a couple of the apartments available for low-income housing. On top of all of that, apartments are rented, meaning you get paid every month.

So let’s hypothetically assume you have 600 separate apartments and for every apartment, you get paid an even $3,000, you would be making 1.8M a month or 21.6M a year and you don’t have to do anything other than pay property taxes and make sure it’s well managed. All of this started with buying a cheap car, now this is my plan, and it is designed depending on the things I like. It can work on most things and for everyone you just have to find something you’re good at and learn the skills to find a way to make money out of it.
