Fishing Comfort

Fishing is my sanctuary during school. When I’m out by the water with my fishing rod, it’s like the world slows down, and I can breathe. The calm ripples on the surface, the gentle sound of the wind, and the thrill of waiting for a bite soothe my soul. It’s a break from the homework and the drama, a chance to be patient and enjoy the simple pleasure of the outdoors. Even if I don’t catch much, the experience itself is a win, making me feel accomplished and refreshed. Fishing might seem boring from the outside but when you get into it it’s addicting

I got into the hobby of fishing because me and my friends were bored during the summertime and one of my friends asked if I wanted to go fishing with him. So the next day I bought a cheap fishing rod to go fishing with him at the Huntington Beach pier. Than he let me use his other fishing supplies while we were on the pier. An hour into fishing at the pier i caught my first fish which was a Hawaiian yellow tail. The fish I caught was small but i was still super happy that I caught a fish. My adrenalin in my body was rushing everywhere it felt like I could do anything

The main thing I like about fishing is that you can just zone out and enjoy the things around you. While fishing you forget all the problems you have during your life at the moment. Fishing is like a jumpscare of happiness because when you are just standing with your bait in the water for a long time than randomly a fish bites on your bait. The feeling of when a fish bites on your bait you get an instant jolt of happiness. You can also never get bored of fishing because you can always catch a bigger fish than the biggest one you ever caught.
