How to Live with Little Sins

Everyone makes little sins. It is impossible not to. What you need to realize is not to keep on making the same little sins because then they will lead to a very bad situation spiritually and in real life.

Othello has many great lessons and morals to be learned. One of these lessons is about little sins . One of the most memorable little sins from this story is when Emeilia grabs Desdemona’s handkerchief off the floor because Iago told her to. Now Iago has the handkerchief and he gave it to Cassio. When Othello asks Desdemona where the handkerchief is she doesn’t know. Othello thought that she was sleeping with Casio so then Othello killed her. This little sin Emilia created a terrible situation and ended with someone being killed. This is why you need to be careful of little sins so that what happened to Desdemona doesn’t happen to you(Othello Text).

One example, of how little sins can catch up with you is spiritually. In Greek mythology there is a place called hell. It is known as Dante’s Circles of Hell. In this version of hell, sinners are placed in the waiting area. Where they are constantly stung by insects. You are put in this level of hell when you don’t fight for God or Lucifer. People commit small little sins that effect both God and Lucifer the little sin will get bigger and become an even bigger problem to where it effects God and Lucifer on a whole another level. This is why you spiritually should not commit little sins and if you do commit these you should learn and grow from them (Dante’s Circles of hell).

One real-world example, of little sins is when Ahmaud Aubrey got shot. The recorder was in the truck with the murderers. The recorder also got charged with murder. This is living proof of little sin that has affected someone greatly. Even though it might seem harmless by just recording it was not. The fact that he recorded showed that he wanted this to happen. Which is a little sin but because of this little sin he was charged with murder and the little sin turned into a big one (Ahmed Aubrey Case).

Little sins can have a significant impact on our lives. At the time of committing these little sins, we may think nothing of it. That is when the little sins blow up and become way worse. Instead, we should address our little sins and try to correct them.
