“We want to live at any price.” You must hear this a lot even when it was put in a different way the meaning of it is still the same. So why do we think life is so important? 

Think of life as a highway, there’s really no stopping and it just keeps going and going. And you can’t stop since cars might run up to you at a high speed or even stop trafficking for others. From a kid’s point of view of life it’s all sunshine and rainbows. Decided what they should eat for breakfast tomorrow, what they should pack to school. Since all of us as a kid want to pack our own lunch consisting of a jar of nutella, chocolate, candies, and chips. Then mom would hustle us to go brush our teeth and make sure to brush it well in case of “worms” getting in to eat our teeth. Mom would tuck us into bed and read a bedtime story. 

As time went on that kid was already a teenager, from a kid that always wanted to be next to their parents all the time. Crying on the first day of kindergarten since they don’t want to be far apart from their parents ever. Want their own room and own stuff, dressing up however they want and would not let mom dress them up anymore. Started to exploring more stuff and making more new friends. Learn new words that mom and dad would not be happy about, but thought it was cool among the other kids their own age. Started to know more about how life was created and ended. Go through things that make them think life is scary and how you only live once. From that they use the word “yolo” You only live once. So as time goes on high school starts, people view this is the time they’ll get humble. In high school we all developed our own characteristics since middle school was about how you have to be this or that in order to fit in. Getting the first ever grades that will count towards their future. Some might care about it, some don’t. Clubs opened up, opportunities opened up. Getting your permit, driver license and then car for the first time. 

“High school sweethearts”, You might have heard this term a lot. Everyone wanted to experience love for the first time in high school and so some try so hard and are desperate for it, some just don’t care and focus on themselves and then love comes. Then it comes to the first heart break, that would make you think that it’s the end of the world and you will never love again. Then eventually more and more relationships will pass on and suddenly it is normal. Come to your graduate day and college decision day. You deserve what you work for. Some people get into Stanford, Harvard and other good schools. While some ended up dropping out mid way or going to community college. 

Then this time even the people that dont care about highschool have to focus up since this is their future decision of how much they make and what job they get in. You might still have friends from high school but most likely you both will fall out, and then as everyone says. You’ll find your real and forever friend in college. 

First day of the job you got to work in, things might be harder since the older people might push a lot of work on you. Then the paycheck comes, you cry yourself to sleep since you wish you were just a kid again. Since everything done as an adult is hard. You gave your parents the paycheck. They were so proud of their little child finally growing up. Then you’ll meet the love of your life and despite how highschool relationships work, both of the hearts will choose to stay no matter what and fight through it together. Then ring to ring, buying a house for the both. Have kids and take care of them just like how mother always taught. Then when it comes to the end of life, look back at it you just have to laugh. Laugh about the regrets, the happy times and sadness. 

Life is really important, people live them differently and no matter how much they come they are happy at some point. There’s not really a way to live life, as long as you’re happy with your life it’s all matter. No matter how much money you have or how much fame. At the end you’ll end up in a hole. And nothing else really matters at that point since you can’t take any of those with you.
