Money is an essential part of life. It may seem like everyone’s goal in life is to make a lot of money. However, some people fail to realize that money comes in many different forms. For example, there is a wise saying that states, time is money. Once you realize that materialistic things do not matter as much as the time you have with your loved ones, such as your family, friends, pets, etc, it may seem that all your life problems are solved. In contrast, materialistic goods also serve a great purpose in people’s lives. A common reason for people to feel the need to have all these materialistic goods is because the wealth may make them seem more socially attractive, or even make life more convenient. Although all these may be true, materialistic goods have no value without having your loved ones along with you during your journey in life. Ultimately, money may be able to provide convenience in life, but it will never compare to the connections made in life that make us feel rich in life. Money may make you feel physically rich, but the love from others gives you the everlasting feeling of emotional richness.
