Playday

When kids get to high school, play vanishes and stays that way. Play is always involved with primary kids rather than high school. It must be that kids in primary are young and don’t have as many responsibilities as high school which gives them extra time to play. Meanwhile, high school students rarely get a chance to play, or maybe not at all because they are always busy with self-discovery and handling responsibilities while studying simultaneously. A saying mentions that one is never too old for anything. It seems to imply that high school students should also have a day of playtime.

Luckily, some high schools grant students a day of playday every once in a while. For example, Fountain Valley High School offers a day of play every two separate months. Play day gives students a chance to spend time outside of class work and participate in outdoor activities. The benefit of playday is that students get to spend a school day without worrying about their classes and they get more time to socialize. It also brings joy knowing that one gets to be carefree for a day and have more fun with friends. Although play day is a time when every student gets to have fun, it is only for a day and every two different months.
