Running To Survive

Running is one of the most-known words in the world and one of my favorite words for messing with people. I think that Running is a big part of my life being the happiest and saddest in the time I was running(1.1 years of running). It helped me get stronger in some aspects of my life helping me be healthy, faster, and more calm in my stuff. In the pic you can see me struggling well my face isn’t there but the body posture can show but all is worth it.

But sometimes running can hurt you with cramps, shin splits, ankle sprain, and pulling a muscle. But you won’t get that if you do it correctly because if you don’t you might hurt yourself forever. Also, running for me is like a whole new world (idk why I’m waiting this but its okay). running is surviving most of the time.

  1. I mean you are not wrong, but some of the injuries are rarely going to happen if you ever run. this was great but i wished there was more to this
