“Look, think about it, close your eyes, dream about it
Tell your team about it, go make million dollar schemes about it”
Franklin was a freshman benchwarmer on frosh waterpolo that was very new to the game. Every night he dreamt about starting on varsity. He asked his parents to join club water polo so he could get better. Coach Albert was the JV coach that saw him evolve as a player. After grinding day and night he earned his spot on varsity.
Franklin was the first known player to jump from a Frosh team to Varsity. In his Senior year, the varsity coach, Jimmy Dean, was so impressed with his talents, that he called UCLA to come watch him play. UCLA later than offered him a full D-1 scholarship. Franklin’s dream finally came to reality, and he never lost faith which led him to believe that ideas don’t have a date.
“My faith don’t deviate, ideas don’t have a date.”
