During the peak of anti Semitism during WW2, many Jews went through the same exact dilemma shown in the comic above. This would then tear families apart greatly due to the separation and agony from the torture they would go through. Not only is this prejudice in Germany but, it is all throughout the world. Many nations such as China Japan and Russia have a theme of sending those who oppose them to “reeducation camps.” A humanitarian crisis in china currently is, the placement of Uyghur Muslims in internment camps. China has been doing the same exact thing that Hitler did with the Jews and I feel like this has not been spoken enough about. People are dying just because of what they believe in, someone needs to give them a voice and speak about the heinous things that’s happening in China.
